The Avaira Vitality™ family of lenses are created with a third generation silicone hydrogel material that allows high levels of oxygen to your eyes. Combined with high water content, this ensures that Avaira Vitality and Avaira Vitality toric are high performing, comfortable lenses.
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation can be harmful to your eyes, with the potential to cause cataracts and other damage. All Avaira Vitality family lenses offers Class 1 UV protection that blocks more than 90% UVA and 99% UVB offering greater protection for your eyes. Please note these lenses are not a replacement for sunglasses and should be worn in conjunction with sunglasses for full coverage protection.

- Corrects Nearsightedness and farsightedness: In nearsightedness, close objects are seen clearly, but objects farther away appear blurred; in farsightedness, distant objects are usually seen clearly, but close ones do not come into proper focus.
- Lenses are to be discarded and replaced with a new lens once a month
- This lens has a Class 1 UV Filter (90% UVA and 99% UVB). While beneficial, UV-absorbing contact lenses are not substitutes for protective UV-absorbing eyewear, such as UV-absorbing goggles or sunglasses, as they do not completely cover the eye and surrounding area. You should continue to use UV-absorbing eyewear as directed by your eye care practitioner.
