Built with Balanced Progressive® Technology, Proclear Multifocal Toric lenses utilize two complementary optical designs — one for the dominant eye (D lens) and one for the non-dominant eye (N lens). Together, these designs provide smooth, continuous vision across near, intermediate, and distance ranges.

The toric design includes a Cast-Molded Back Surface Toric with an inverse prism ballast for consistent orientation and stable visual performance, supported by orientation marks at 3 and 9 o’clock. This design ensures dependable lens stability for precise astigmatic correction.

Crafted with Patented PC Technology™, Proclear Multifocal Toric lenses contain phosphoryl choline (PC) molecules that naturally attract and bind water. This creates a moisture-rich environment on the lens surface, maintaining all-day hydration and minimizing dryness, particularly beneficial for older patients experiencing age-related dryness.

Notably, Proclear lenses are the only multifocal lenses cleared by the FDA to claim they “may provide improved comfort for contact lens wearers who experience mild discomfort or symptoms relating to dryness during lens wear.”
